this summer when some friends had to cancel their planned visit (boo.) we found ourselves in need of a back up vacation. we packed up the puppa and headed on over to woodinville for a lightning quick getaway.

in that short time we packed in a visit to quite a few wineries, had lunch at the commons, then dinner at the barking frog and we lucked into a last-minute available room at the willows lodge.

the time spent away was fantastic - if not a bit of a blur.
